Wil Husted is also a descendent of John Husted b1770 and Nancy Connor (this is the spelling I thought correct and was unaware she was Irish). You might want to consult with him. Do you know of any living HUSTED males from this line who could enter our DNA program?

I also found a nice bio of Thomas Husted of IA who fought in the Civil War. The bio is titled in the name of one of his sons Harlan Curtis Husted b 16 Sept 1878 according to the bio.

The bio says Thomas was the son of Peter and Rachel Husted of Indiana who moved to Iowa. I have Phebe Westcott as Peter's wife, perhaps his second wife is Rachel??
