OOOOPS!!!!!"Calendar of Delaware Wills" and the Nantucket historian caused the confusion.
Here is the text of John Hussey's will - Christopher who m Ann Garretson was his son.Bachilier Hussey died intestate and Christopher was not mentioned in settlement.

In the name of God Amen, I John Hussey of Christiana Creek in the County of New Castle upon Delaware Yeoman being in reasonable good health and sound and perfect mind and memory thanks be to God for it. But calling to mind the mortality of my body and knowing that it is appointed for all men once to die, do make and ordain this my last Will & Testament (viz.)First I give & recommend my soul into the hands of Almighty God that gave it, and my body to be decently buried in the earth (by my executors hereafter named).Nothing doubting my resurrection by the Almighty power of God and in touching such worldly estate as it hath pleased God to bless me with in this life, I give devise & dispose of the same in manner form following (viz.) Imprim.

Item I give & bequeath unto my son Stephen Hussey the sum of five shillings & no more____& I do hereby cut him & his heirs off from all & every part or parcel of the residence of my estate forever so that my son Stephen Hussey nor his heirs shall not have any rich claim or demand thereunto.Item I give & bequeath unto my son Nathan Hussey & do hereby confirm unto him a certain piece or parcel of land containing eighty acres it being part of the land I now possess, enjoy & dwell, for which said piece of parcel of land my said son Nathan Hussey obtained a writing obligatory from me under my hand & seal duly executed, obligating me, my heirs or executor to put him my said son Nathan Hussey his heirs or assigns in legal possession thereof in four years after the date of said obligation, and to make it over unto him his heirs or assigns by good & firm deeds & conveyances according to law, which said piece orparcel of land is butted and bounded according or it is mentioned in the condition of the said obligation.Also I give and bequeath unto my son Nathan Hussey twenty acres of marsh or meadow ground which said marsh or meadow ground is mentioned in the condition of the above said obligation.Which said obligation was obtained before the making of this will and I do hereby confirm the twenty acres of marsh or meadow ground unto him my said son Nathan & his heirs forever according as in the above mentioned obligation as expressed, which said land & marsh & meadow ground is bounded as follows (viz.)The marsh or meadow ground adjoins to the land formerly belonging to Christopher Hussey (decd)& runs along the said (?) land til it comes to None Such Creek which divides the marsh or meadow ground from Black Walnut Island containing twenty acres as aforsd.And the land is bounded as follows (viz.)Beginning at the said marsh & meadow ground extending from the said Christopher Hussey (decd) land & line, twenty four perches toward my mowing marsh or meadow & extending with a southerly line parallel with the said Christopher Hussey (decd) line, twenty four perches in breadth & extending towards the head of my land as far as a square line a crop my woodland & clear fields from Christopher Hussey (decd) land or line to Sam Silford’s (?) land containing within those bounds eighty acres as aforsd & that my son Nathan nor his heirs shall not lay any claim to any part or parcel of my estate real or personal but what is here expressed.I do give and bequeath unto my son Nathan five shillings & do hereby exclude & debar him & his heirs from all & every part of the residue of my estate forever.
