I am seeking any information on the following Rachael Hurley:
Robt. W. Dougherty married Rachel E. Hurley
2-3-1870 Book 1 page 596 Jackson Co., Arkansas
Was she a widow at the time of the marriage? I have a R W Daughety born March 10, 1834 listed in the 1880 census as a widower with four minor female children and listed in 1870 census as married to Emmaline unk. In 1892 his share of his father's estate goes to the four children.
Any help would be much appreciated.
