Sally have you seen Guardians book in Shennandoah Co. VA? For children (the spelling is listed as HUPP (HUP-HOOP) Since you had replied to another it was the wrong Issac, I did see Oct 1829 guardian listed for an Isaac with other siblings but do not want to pass it on if this is not the correct time frame.
The only child listed from Abraham was March 1831 Washington Hupp orp of Abraham chose his brother Abraham as his guradian.
The other parents names were for children under 14 for Samuel and Martin Hupp. Are these in your time frame?
