Noticed Hupp family forum is not as active as HOOP. If you have any Hupp (especially from Peter and Madaline Hupp) of Shenandoah Co. VA then some went on to OHIO. Be
sure and check spellings both ways in VA and OH. The Peter that married Madaline Kibler (real spelling is Gibler) March 23,1796. She was the daughter of Catherine and record used the name daughter of Caty. and her father had died 1790 Sure there were more than one Peter Hoop. But Highland Co. OH is a place to keep in mind.
