HUNTOON's of Unity, Sullivan Co., NH where did they come from?

Does anyone know the origins of the HUNTOON family? Did they by any chance come to America in the 1650's as part of the POW's from Scotland (Battle of Dunbar in Sept. 1650) that were captured by Cromwell's men and sent to prison in London, England only to be shipped off as indentured slaves to the America's?
There is quite a bit of info on google about Nathaniel HUNTOON and many others of Unity, NH.
The name of this town UNITY is curious to me as well because that is the name of the 1st POW ship from London to Boston in 1650 that carried many of the Scotsmen.
One Engram MOODIE (possibly my ancestor) was among the 1st to come on this ship UNITY and if the research being done now by many turns up that his son was actually the Clement MOODY of Exeter, NH, then several of this Clement's descendants are also living in UNITY, NH with the Huntoon's.

If anyone has info about this or suggestions, please leave a message here.
Thanks for anything at all.
