Stoke Damerel is a parish in Roborough near Plymouth. For a map see www.cs.ncl.ac.uk/genuki/DEV/StokeDamerel. As for the other William and Henry I came across them too but think that possibly either or both died in childhood - Your William Henry - could have been named after them?? I haven't checked whether the dates concur with this.
