HUNTER Margaret Ellen January 1, 1914 - May 5, 2009 Margaret passed away peacefully in her sleep at Belvedere Care Centre, Coquitlam, BC in the early morning of May 5, 2009. Margaret was predeceased by her loving husband Alexander Hunter, sister Grace Cochran, brother David Cochran, brothers-in-law John (Jack), Jimmy, Peter, and Robert Hunter, Jack Smith and John Cutrell, sisters-in-law Margaret, Amy, Florance, Elsie and Jenny Hunter, Mary Smith and Alice Cutrell, niece Joyce Ronaldson (Dave), and nephew Don Hunter (Valerie). She is survived by her companion William Smith, and last surviving nephews, Herb Cutrell (Ethel), Ian Cutrell (Phylis), Ian Hunter (Carol), Brian Hunter, and niece Joan Tietzmann (Bernd). Along with many great-nieces and nephews. Margaret will be remembered as Little Margaret to some or as Auntie Margaret to others, our favourite Aunt. She had a Great Spirit, zest for life, an enormous amount of energy and a commitment to family and friends. She loved to travel, loved the outdoors, and was game to try any new activities. We would like to give special thanks to Marge Hildebrand, her personal caregiver for the last ten years for her outstanding dedication, love and support. Also to all the staff at Belvedere Care Center for the great care that they have given Margaret for the last four years. A Memorial service will be held at 1:00PM on Thursday, May 14, 2009 at Fraser Heights Chapel, 14835 Fraser Highway, Surrey, B.C. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the B.C. Cancer Society.
