Adrian Daily Telegram, Saturday, February 23, 2008, pg 2A James Hunt Obit HARRISON — James “Jimmy” Leroy Hunt, 67, of Harrison passed away suddenly on Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2008, at his home. James was born Feb. 15, 1941, in Adrian, Mich., the son of Arthur Louis and Ethel Mae (Willard) Hunt. Mr. Hunt served his country in the United States Navy for 11 years. James had resided in Harrison since 1978, coming from Adrian. Mr. Hunt was a member of the American Legion Post 404 of Harrison, a life member of the D.A.V. and a life member of the Adrian Eagles. James enjoyed watching television, playing dice games with his mother and deer hunting. Surviving is his loving mother, Ethel Mae Hunt of Harrison; two sons, Michael Hunt and his wife, Tamara, of Adrian and Richard Hunt, also of Adrian, one daughter, Kathleen Hunt of Ciiriton, Mich.; one sister, Sandy Rudy and her husband, Jack, of Orlando, Fla.; seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; one aunt, Mildred Baughey of Adrian; two nieces, one nephew and many cousins. James was preceded In death by his father. Celebration of life services will begin at 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 25, 2008, at Stocking Funeral Home, Harrison, with Pastor Michael Schaedig officiating. Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. Monday, Feb. 25, 2008, at Lenawee Hills Memorial Park, Adrian.
