Hi,this might not be a connection, but, one of the Honeywell Heritage issues-1999,relates how John Hunnewell was carried away by Indians from Black Point,Scarborough,ME.Using the name''Jean Enaouil'',John lived with the Huron Indians
for 30 yeras in the mission of the Hurons of La Nouvelle Lorette,Quebec. In 1761 he married Marie Marguerite Pageot,dau/o Sieur Joseph Pajeot, master blacksmith of Charlesburg.Four chn. were born, using name Anawil:Jean-Joseph,b.1762;Marie Marguerite,b. 1763;Marie Elizabeth,b. 1764,and Joseph,b. 1765.The surname metamorphosed from Enahouil>Ennahouil>Annahouil>....to Alwin,Lewin>Lawin.More research is planned
to search good Fr.Can.records.
