Vámpuszta is not an independent entity, it's part of Igar in southern Fejer County.

Pusztavám is located in north Fejer County, until 1909 it was known as Ondod.
Puszta-Vám had many names before, Nana /Puszta-Nana /Ondod was depopulated and abandoned in the war against the Turks. Puszta=Prairie, Vám=Costums /Toll, hence the name "Costum Point in the Prairie", before it was resettled in the 1700s.
