Coltescu - help me find correct scan on ellisisland.org?

I have found Anna Coltescu (with some help of friends on this site). She arrive July 10th, 1910, according to ellisisland.org. But there is a problem.

If you click on the scan (requires login), it shows you the second page of the manifesto, notice line 6 is supposed to be from Hungary, maybe Romania, but reads as Italy. If you click on "previous page" it shows the first page of the manifesto, and it does not match the text version of the manifesto at all. The manifesto is for the ship California, not for the Cincinnati.

As anyone had this problem? It looks like the scan is not matched with the data.

Anyone have a suggestion? I clicked back "previous page" and "next page" for a while but did not find the ship.
