Stephen, the Mormons haven't filmed ANY of Rákospalota's civil records. They have filmed only church records: the Evangelical Reformed church records covering the years 1722 to 1895, the Evangelical Lutheran church records covering the years 1826 to 1907, and the Roman Catholic church records covering the years 1884 to 1895. But they have filmed no civil records at all.

Yes, you are correct about the cut-off points for the accessiblity of birth, marriage, and death records.

Rákospalota was annexed by the city of Budapest in 1950 and today forms a part of Budapest's District (in Hungarian: kerület) XV.
