Hungarian Birth Certificate,English Translation

Doe's anyone know if my Grandfather who was born in Hungary
c1898 and came to live England,served in the British Army married an English lady and worked and paid taxes would have had to have had an English translation of his original Hungarian birth certificate and if so where I might be able to obtain a copy.
