Am looking for this gentleman's family, who married Sallie Belle Carter in 1891 in Martinsville, VA. They moved to Washington DC sometime near 1910. I believe Willis had a tire business in the early days of the auto, and had a second home near Annapolis MD. They had 5 children, Pauline, Hiram Benjamin, Helen and Julia, and an infant that died.
Any info, please help. I am of Salle belle's carter family of Henry Co, VA.
