Apparently your forbear DID NOT win ANYTHING in court or you
would be the proud owner of 4428 acres. Your fable has been told over and over on all the Pelham sites and has become very redundant. If "Mahaley" won the land in court in the late 1800s why did President McKinley send a summons in
July 1901 for the Pelham Humphries heirs? Got a good answer
for that one? All the "transfers" of Pelham's land to anyone
have been proven fraudulent and your forbearsnever had a
leg to stand on as Pelham leftNO LINEAL HEIRS. Show me
proof to the contrary and I'll eat my ten gallon hat.
