I am looking for information on John Humphreys b. abt 1823 in NJ. He married Eliza b.abt 1822 not sure of maiden name and had Robert B b.abt 1846, John b. abt 1847, and my gg grandmother Nancy L. b.1849. Between 1850 and 1855 he moved to Skaneateles NY and married Maria Beauchamp. I am not sure if Eliza died between this time or if they were divorced. If anyone has any info on John's parents or Eliza and her parents I would love to hear from you!
PS in the 1850 newark NJ census there was an Elizabeth Baldwin 52years old, and Robert E. 25, and Edward L 16, living with them.
