Currently selling on E-Bay is reported to be an original "1707 License to Operate a House of Entertainment" document issued to Samuel Humphery of Swanzey.

I am in no way associated with the Seller of this document, but have purchased two from him in the past and was pleased with the items & transaction.
The Seller's item discription is as follows:
"This near 300 Year Old Authentic Colonial American Document of 1707 is of Our Queen Anne Period in our Early American History and is on Hand Laid Paper and is in Very Nice Sound Condition with a Light amount of Staining, Aging or Fading. This is for a License for Samuel Humphery of Swanzey in The Massachusetts Bay Colony in New England to Operate a House of Entertainment out of His House in Swanzey for The Space of One Year and No longer for The Selling of Ale,Wine,Beer and Cider and not Otherwise. Joshuel Smith of Swanzey Comes and becomes Bound for Samuel Humphery for 10 Pounds Currant Money of New England and the sd Samuel for 10 Pounds for Himself. Great to Frame for Home or Office Bar. 6 x 8 1/2". $7.35 for Insured Priority Mail. Satisfaction Always Guaranteed."
