I am wondering if your Peter may be the father of my Thomas Hume, b. 1820, in Scotland, d. 1898 in Canada. (I think he is buried in Vancouver, B.C.) He was married to Marg McNaughton, b. 1830, d. 1914. Thomas was the father of my grandfather, Malcolm Hume, b. 1871, d. 1939. He was married to Margaret Ethel Rodgers, b. 1881, d. 1911. Their son, Alexander Malcolm Hume, b. 1911, d. 1983, was my dad. Let me know if you think we may be connected, and what other info you may have about Thomas and Peter. Thanks!
