Humbertson and Winebrenner

I keep seeing listings for George Humbertson who married Lydia Winebrenner. I think there is some mix up on these families. Hannah Humbertson b.1778 is supposed to have married Morris Winebrenner b.1775-1850 and they had a dau. Lydia, who some claim married Hannah's brother George Humbertson c.1786-1856. I don't believe this is the case since it would mean George married his niece. Does anyone know the parents of this first Morris who married Hannah Humbertson, and Lydia Winebrenner c.1790 who married George Humbertson? Could Morris and Lydia be siblings who married two Winebrenner siblings?
