Hi Greg

I think we have communicated before - James' half sister, Jane, was my 2nd great grandmother. I've never seen any "official" reference to James as anything but "James G. Human". I don't know where the "Gundy" came from. If you, or anyone has a verifiable source on this, I'd love to know about it. I've also seen him referred to as "James Gilliam Human", but it's rather ulikely that he would carry on the name of his mother's deceased first husband. Seems more likely that his middle name was "George", since that was his mother's maiden name.
