I AM LOOKING FOR MORE INFO ON THOMAS COLUMBUS KEEN'S MOTHER LATISIA/LETITIA/LITICIA/LUCINDA HULSE. SHE GAVE BIRTH THOMAS, FATHER WAS THOMAS COPASS, MARRIED JOHN W. GRIMSLEY--MY DIRECT BLOOD ANCEST.-SEPT 1840 AND REMARRIED AGAIN TO WILLIAM GOOD/GOAD NOV. 1858. NOT SURE IS SHE MARRIED A KEEN AFTER BIRTH OF THOMAS COLUMBUS KEEN WAS BORN. BUT WHO ARE HER PARENTS AND DID SHE MARRY A KEEN? THESE RE MANY COURT DOCUMENTS ON HER.. WITH MANY VARIENTS ON HER FIRST NAME.. ONE DOCUMEBNT HAS A F HULSE AS HER OFFICE..FRANKLIN HULSE??...PER DOCUMENTS I FOUND..Feb. 15, 1856, Leticia Grimsley sues Thomas Weever and James T. Riter. Leticia had to pay all the costs in this suit. The returning officer in this case was F. Hulse. Don't know who he is, probably Frank Hulse.

Witnesses in attendance were:

Chase Hale, 2 days
Thomas Copass, 2 days
James T. Riter, 2 days
Wm Elis, Esq. didn't attend
R. A. Fergason, didn't attend
Abigail Job, 1 day
Nathan Job, 2 days
John G. Jones, 2 days
Andrew Wadkins, didn't attend
Mahulda Whillock, 1 day
August 14, 1856, Nathan Job and Edmun Whitlock sued Liticia Grimsley.

Judgment against Nathan and Job who "pays all the cost in this case by a nonsuit" Have no idea what this is about as it only lists the judgement and cost.

ALSO, LOOKING FOR INFO ON WILLIAM KEEN HULSE, BORN 1806 AND DIED 1863, THE SON OF WILLIAM PEARLE HULSE, JR. I BELIEVE HIS MOTHER WAS A KEEN. ANY HAVE INFO ON THESE TWO WOMEN.
