Le Locle and La Chaux-du Milieu are also the home towns of my father, grand-papa etc. My grand-papa was a watch maker too. A very able craftsman. He married someone from the German speaking part of Switzerland and moved to Zurich to work as a bank clerk. I always tried to get in touch with my relatives in the French speaking part but couldn't really make it because of the language barrier. My French is a bit poor... I would love to hear about the Huguenin-Dumittan family.
