Am searching for information on the family of Chesly (Chester) Hughs/Hughes, born about 1809-1810 in Georgia. He married Easter (last name unknown). Their children were Margaret who married Solomon Tabor Reeves (living in Missouri); William J. m. Melissa M Garner; Avira; Isaac m. Margaret Ann McCune; Albert H.; Mary E.; Sarah F m. W. H. Parker.; James; and George m. K. I. Parker. In the 1840 and 1850 censuses, the family is living in Franklin Co., AL. By 1860, Easter with children, but without Chesly, is in Anderson Co., TX. Most of the children except Margaret were married and lived in Anderson Co., Texas. I am particularly interested in Easter's maiden name and Chesly's father and mother.
