The grave of William Moses Hughes is in the Harmony Baptist Church cemetery in Choccolocco, Calhoun CO (fomerly Benton CO), AL. His first wife Margaret (Peggy) Ritchie is buried on his left, with his second wife Sara Harrison O'Neal on his right. William's son James Alexander Hughes, my great-grandfather, is buried in the Iron City cemetery, Iron City, Calhoun CO, AL. His wife, Ura Katherine DeArman, is buried at his side. Their son Charles Emmett Hughes is also buried nearby. The homes that William and James built are still lived in.
