Dear Julia:
My 4th. GreatGrandmother was RACHEL HUGGINS, sister to
Elizabeth Huggins that married John English. My information
from research and a Huggins Book states that John English
was probably born in unknown county, North Carolina and
that the family migrated to Lauderdale Co. Alabama which
the Huggins also did. A Matthew English is shown in that
area but it is not proven that he is the father. I know
that Elizabeth is one of 14 children of PHILLIP AND JANE
MORRIS HUGGINS. I have a picture of Elizabeth and information on the children of Elizabeth & John English
in my Huggins Book if you are interested. I'll share
anything else I have on the family.
