I'm not sure. It may be more likely that Jacob would be Charles Huffman's grandfather. Most of Jacob's children were not living with him or near him on the 1850 Census. He was the only Huffman in St. Francis Co. Of course, daughters may have married and changed names...harder to follow. Male children of Jacob would be close to 70 years old by 1900.
If you knew where and when Charles died, you could order a death certificate. They usually show the parents' names.
