Thanks for the information.At one time, during the late 1600's/ early 1700's, there was a Craven County, South Carolina.It was later split and the part of Craven County (in S.C.) was divided in to several other Districts/Counties.Here is a link to a website for Craven County, South Carolina.

I know the Hoffman/Huffmans didn't show up in the Germany colonies. As near as we have figured out, some of the brothers (5 that we know of) took the coastal route to North/South Carolina, and some of them took the inland mountain route to Tennessee, etc., when they arrrived. The brothers names were Balthzar, Michael, John, Peter, Christian (Christopher or Stoffel)and Daniel.Again, thanks for the information.
