I have some info. Mary, Nathan & Virginia are not in the same household. A closer look at the census page shows that Albert is HH# 167 and Mary is in HH#168. Albert (son of Valentine and Parthena) and his cousin Henry (son of Littleberry and Mary) married sisters, last name Colvin. Mary Huff is the widow of John W Huff (b 1834 GA, d. 1862, Canton, MS) I believe that John Huff is the son of Littleberry Huff, brother of Valentine Huff, moved to AL from GA in 1857. (Albert and John would be cousins). Nathan is not a Huff, he is a Pate, the son of John Pate, Mary's 1st husband. If you go down to the next household on the same page, you will see one of her other sons, Eli Pate. She had 3 sons from first marriage. Virginia, (age 9, 1870) is the only child of John Huff. She is my great great grandmother.
