I am also a direct descendant of John Huff, the Revolutionary War soldier, and his wife, Mary Elinor Corder. The Stephen Huff mentioned in Ms. Bibb's note had a son named Stephen, born September 5, 1851 in Cocke County. I don't know his middle name, but he married Nancy Emaline Sisk and they became my g-g-grandparents. I have more information on this line, and there's a LOT of information at other sites on the web about John Huff, Rev War soldier, and his descendants and ancestors.
