"Uncle Wash", Texas Hudspeth/Cunninghams

I have just started my research into Hudspeth genealogy. In getting info from my Hudspeth relation (step-father), he mentioned his grandfather was named Christopher Washington "C.W." Lee Cunningham and was known to all as "Uncle Wash". His wife was Mintha/Minte/?? Martin who is buried in Pineland, TX. at the Martin cemetary. Their daughter, Addie Cunningham, married Duvel/Duval Hudspeth. She died around 1946. "Uncle Wash" died around the age of 82, but don't know year of death or birth. It seems that "Uncle Wash" was beloved by all - and he was the one who really held the family (including Hudspeths) together. When he died, the Cunningham and Hudspeth families "all went to hell in a handbasket" according to my step-father. Duvel/Duval Hudspeth's father was Bruce Hudspeth, married to "Uncle Wash"s wife's 1st cousin, ?? Martin. Bruce had other children: Jack (youngest), Ed, Exie/Epsie?, Octavia, Arzalia(??), and at least one other. I'd appreciate any info you could give me on these people. Thanks!
