I was curious even though sleep deprived. So looked and yes, Ramma, w/o S.H. Hudson, May 17, 1799 to June 5, 1871, is on stone in Old Hudson Cemetery No. 3, Breckinridge County, KY. It is on the J. T. (Burk) Keesee farm, Rte 401, across from the Methodist Church in Hudson, KY, east side of the village, behind a barn in a cluster of trees. It is fenced but fence broken and not in good repair.
Squire H. Hudson also there: Listed as "Square"; stone was undoubtedly hard to read and cataloguers did there best. He, Dec. 1797 to Nov. 19, 1876, on stone. Also there: Henry Adams, Adison Eliott, Nancy Elliot, E.H. Hudson (scratched on sandstone marker), Jos. Hudson, Mary A. Hudson, another Jos. Hudson, Hannah Hudson, Samuel Hudson, and Catherine McGuffin.Stones copied by Shirley Pile of Constantine, KY for the Breckinridge County Archives and Historical Society.I have the dates for the other stones.Jes thot yud lak ta no! (Must be tired for usually not so casual with new contacts).
Francis
