I have some information on Jack Hudson and Tamar Williamson, but some of it is inconsistent with yours. Jack ( John ) Hudson was the son of Joshua Hudson. He was probably born about 1775 in Caroline County, Virginia. He was a good fiddler and accompanied a singing teacher. He married Tamar ( Tammy ) Williamson on September 14, 1808 when she was 13 years old. She was from a wealthy family and did not know how to take care of a household but learned to be a good housekeeper and manager. She had no children and died of lung trouble before 1820 in Fayette County, Kentucky. Then he married Elizabeth Carter 1800-1834 who was was a spendthrift and had drinking problems. Jack had a grocery store which slowly became less prosperous until he died a poor man. Jack and Elizabeth Carter had at least four children, Judith ( Juda Shirley ),David, John Obediah and Elizabeth. The daughter Elizabeth lived with Juda and their father Jack near Stamping Ground, Scott County, where Jack died.
This information is mainly from the memoirs of a Hudson relative who died in 1932. She may not have known about your ancestor, the child of Jack and Tamar, since he was raised by Tamar's relatives. When was William T. supposedly born? I will check my family tree file to see if I can find another Jack and Emer or a William T. in Bedford County.
