Hi Billie Jo,
I have just received a typed family history from my father-in-law. (Bennett Imgram Hudkins born in Shropshire Downs, England 5-11-1807 was his great-grandfather.)
Bennett (mother's maiden name Ingram, first name possibly Elizabeth) married Nancy Euritt (Irish) 11-2-1818 (her mother's last name Boatwright.)
They had 8 children:
Richard D. Hudkins 9-13-1837
Samuel Noah Hudkins 1-25-1840
Lee Ann J. Hudkins 5-18-1842
Abram A Hudkins 1-8-1845
Marietta Elizabeth Hudkins 1-23-1847
Edward Bennett Hudkins 12-22-1849
Thomas Lee Hudkins *(our branch in Weston, WV) 5-26-1852
Emmitt I. Hudkins 7-14-1855
*I have pictures of Thomas Lee & most of his children (12 in all) and one of Emmitt but none of the others. Would like to find more.
I have a lot more info on our branch. Which branch do you come from?
