Dear Beverly,
How delightful to hear from you. Please fill us in on John Nelson's descendants if you can. I don't have his marriage to Rebecca Stout. Have 3 marriages starting at age 43, but no children. Probably Rebecca was his first wife and any children were born of that union. Any names and dates would be helpful.
I only have information that others pass along, not much documentation til 1800's. As far as I know, Nancy Anglin is accepted as the first Bennett's wife except for one researcher in WV and he, as I recall, isn't sure why he doesn't think Nancy is Bennett's wife, but is pretty sure she isn't. Anyone else out there with information?
