William and Tamar Huddleson
The following indenture was found in the Mifflin County PA Historical Society.
"Know all Men by these presents that William Huddleson and Tamar his wife (late Tamar Beale Widow and Relict of John Beale late of Pennsylvania deceased) Said William being now of the State of Kentucky in the town of Washington Innkeeper for and in consideration of the Sum of five shillings lawful money of Pennsylvania and other good causes and considerations them well and truly paid and satisfied by Joseph Beale of the City of Philadelphia in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Cabinetmaker one of the Children and heirs at Law of the said John Beale deceased Have and each of them hath granted, bargained, sold remised released and confirmed and by these presents doth grant remise release and confirm unto the said Joseph Beale his heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns all the Dower and Thirds, Right and Title of Dower and Thirds and all other the Interest Claim and demand which she the said Tamar Huddleson late Beale hath and also her husband, the said William Huddlesons right estate and Interest of and in a certain tract of land called "Springfield" Situate in Millford Township (late Sqohs) in the County of Mifflin and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.Beginning at a poplar at Tuscarora Creek, thence by Vacant Hills South Sixty two degrees East sixty Eight perches to a White Oak North thirty four degrees East thirty perches to a White Oak North Sixteen degrees West twenty Six perches to a maple North Seventy degrees East forty perches to a White Oak South Sixty two degrees East twenty eight perches to a White Oak, south forty three degrees East twenty eight perches to a Black Oak, North East eighteen perches to an hickory at said Creek and thence w.. the same by the several courses thereof three hundred and fifty seven perches to the Beginning, containing Seventy Five acres and a quarter acre and allowance of six per Cent for Roads, (Being the same tract of Land which the said Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by patent Dated the second day of April 1792 enrolled in the Rolls Office on Patent book No. 18 Page 423 granted in trust for the use of the said John Beale deceased) And all the right Title property Claim and demand whatsoever of them the said William Huddleson and Tamar his wife late Beale as well at Law and in equity defend in to and out of the said tract of Land and the improvements thereon with all other the appurtenances unto the said Joseph Beale his heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns forever.To have and to hold receive and to take the Estate and premises hereby granted bargained and sold or intended so to be with the appurtenances unto the said Joseph Beale his heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns to and for his and their own ... for use and behoof forever.In Witness Whereof the said William Huddleson and Tamar his wife have hereunto set their hands and Seals the third day of August Anno Domini one thousand Eight hundred and three.

Note that the spelling of the name in the text, Huddleson, differs from the spelling in the signatures, Heddleson.
