Hello Nancy,
My wife, Ruth Ann Brown/Bush is a descendant of John Paddy Huddleston and Miriam Jarrett who pioneered and built home at Alloy, W.Va. I have information on the Huddleston,s of the Kanawha Valley and Fayette Co. area.
I have always been fascinated by the grave of Capt. Thomas Huddleston, C.S.A. who was killed in a hotel at Guyandotte, apparently in the raid in November of 1862.Do you know anything about him??Buried in Spring Hill Cemetery's Confederate Section.
