I purchased the subject studio portrait, along with one of her husband, Francis Daniel Tull Bickley. It was taken by Powelson, Buffalo, NY. I found her listed in the 1860 Census data for Philadelphia (Frankford Post Office), PA. She was born about Jan 1860 in PA, the daughter of a carpenter, William L. Huckel, born about 1835 in PA, and Ruth A. (maiden name unknown), born about 1838 in PA. She had an older brother, Samuel, born about 1858 in PA.
