On the Williams family, yes I would be interested in any contemporary and primary documentation you have. That is, any piece of documentation which was actually either writen by the people it speaks about, or at the time they lived. So that would exclude later and modern compilations by their descendents. But would include things like marriage licenses, land records, tax records, wills and probate, bible records, biographies of people living at the time of the biography, etc. Any documentation where the person or their immediate family would still be living to say "Hey that's not right!"
