I do not know.According to the church records of the Upper Milford Reformed Congregation a PETER HUBER was bapt. 5 Nov 1796 no record of birth date, no record of sponsors, Parents were listed as PHILIP and Susanna HUBER. In Philip's will no Peter is mentioned, but other children that died prior to him were mentioned. Perhaps this PETER HUBER died as an infant.
There are many differing stories as to who was PHILIP HUBER's brother that gave land to build what was known as HOOVER's Church, near Starview, York County.One place I saw listed ANDREW, another FREDERICK, and yet another PETER.
In Neal Otto Hively's book THE MANCHESTER TWPS Original PENNSYLVANIA Land records seriespage 100 East MANCHESTER TWP.Survey # 2636York Warrant Register Index B-121 Lists November 23, 1829 100.74 acres to Peter Huber H-26-655; A21-24; C18-106
November 26, 1838, 45.58 acres to HENRY HOOVERH-40-184; C-12-224; A-19-298; York-9490
I did find records for two children born to PETER HUBER and MARGARETHA in the records of the First Reformed and Trinity First Reformed Church York
Elizabeth b 12 July 1796 bpt 3 Sept 1796 no sponsors listed;
Peter b 27 Dec 1798 bpt 24 Feb 1799 Sponsors Philip and Susanna HUBER
