There's bound to be some connection--My mother was Mary Hubbard Scott--nee Mary Amelia Hubbard, born in Versailles, MO in 1895.She had a brother James, who was KIA in WWI, and sisters Cora Lee (Heck) and Beulah (Osborne). My grandfather was Joel Douglas Hubbard,M.D., my Great Grandfather was William T. Hubbard, M.D. and HIS father, my GG Granfather was the first Joel who immegrated from Kentucky to Missori in 1826.
I can find no Patricks and no Johns in my Hubbard family tree, but two unrelated Hubbard families in a town as tiny as Versailles is too much of a coincidence. We must be at least 16th cousins 16X removed. If you can add to this I would love to hear from you.SCOTT
