Seeking info about Benjamin Hubbard. What I have is he was married to Roseannah Dier or Dyer Jan 26,1784 in Wilkes County, N. C.
She was the dau of Elisha Dier of Pendleton, S.C. He died in Nov. 1823.They had 6 sons, maybe others.Randolph who migrated to Elks Garden, Russell Co. Va.Benjamin L. who migrated to Clay and/or Knox Co. Ky.Jessee who migrated with Randolph and eventually settled in Wise, Co. Va. William (Bill)H. who went first to Russell Co. Va. and then on to Mo and back to Va.Edmund who died in Ohio and finally Col. Robert S. who fought and died in the Revoluntionary War.I have some dates and wives names and descendants in a couple of the sons.Looking for Benjamin's birth date and place and parents names. The tale in the family is the Hubbards came out of Virgina crossing into N.C. through Kibbler Valley near Mt. Airy and on into the Wilkes County area. They may have come from Patrick Co. Va.You can e-mail me and I'll share any info I have.
