I've not been in contact with Mark Heim for some time now. Initially we were emailing each other about once a month. He changed his email and I've since lost track. From what we were able to put together, my grandfather Vincent (American spelling of his name) was probably the nephew of Alois Hrabak. I've been able to find the manifest for he and my grandmother (Maria Sokup) at Ellis Island's website. I'm afraid that's not much, but that is all I have. My grandfather lived for some time in McKee's Rocks (that's were my mother grew up) and then moved to the North side when my mother was in her early teens. My grandfather was the only one from his immediate family to come here. My grandmother's whole family came over. I hope this has helped some.
