I found your post during my own Hoyt search... keep up the good work... here is some further information to generate leads and interest in this thread.
I believe that Lewis Hoyt and Mary Lowell had nine children... (in random order) Wilburn Lee Hoyt born 1903? (my great grandfather, father to Bernard Joseph Wilburn Hoyt b. may 02, 1924 d. nov 16, 1996)
