According to HHH:
(5351) Sarah Emeline Hoyt was born Feb. 28, 1840 and married John Burt on Nov. 12, 1857.
She was the daughter (4th child) of (4022)HARVEY Edward Hoyt and Deborah (Gray)Hoyt.

(4022) HARVEY Edward did have a brother (4024) HENRY Norman twin to (4025)Hiram Hugh.

It appears from HHH that the family was living in Norwalk,CT. You may be able to confirm Sarahs' birth by locating someone on the web who has the Barbour Collection of CT Vitals. I believe Norwalk is in Volume 32, but I don't believe it has been transcribed as a 'freebee' yet. Or maybe you could contact the Norwalk town clerk for confirmation of the birth.
