If anyone is looking for Clement Hoyt... I believe this to be the same Clement that is the son to Clement and Rachel Hoyt from MA and later, VT.
Posted below is what I have for Clement and his family:

b. Abt 1792, VT
m. 20 Jan 1821, Permelia --, Hinesburg, VT (Chittenden Co.)
d. 20 Jan 1869, MI (Prob Ingham Co.)
Children:
Walter W. Hoyt
b. 14 Jan 1842, Saybrook, OH (Ashtabula Co.)
m. Never
d. 13 Dec 1862, Fredricksburg, VA (KIA)
Permelia died Abt 1880.
