Your ggrandmother,Elmina (listed as Almina Gunter in the book, born abt. 1875) is listed in the Peter Hoyle Book as the wife of George Hoyle #1860 (born abt 1848), page 488. George & Elmina's children were Emma (born abt. 1875),Joseph (abt. 1877), Martha (abt. 1879), William (abt. 1881) John (abt. 1883), Belle (abt. 1885), Clingman (abt. 1887), Howard (abt. 1889), Hilliard (abt. 1891), & Bertha (abt. 1893). George was the son of William Hoyl #396 (born 1820), page 164. He married Amy Howard abt 1841 and settled in Haywood County. Besides George, William & Amy had Nicholas (abt. 1844), Joseph (abt. 1842), & John (abt. 1846). George was the son of Martin Hoyl II & Mary C. Carpenter. Martin II was the son of Martin Hoyl & Margaret Schramm. I have started listing the names from the Peter Hoyle (Peiter Heyl) Book on my Family Tree Maker site: http://www.familytreemaker.com/users/p/r/e/Richard--L-Prevette/index.html
