I have a Thomas Hoy on a census in 1810 in Franklin Co. Va. He first married Priscilla Gillasby (father Evan Gillasby) in 1810. Do not know how that marriage ended. He is listed in the marriage bonds in 1813 to Jane Taylor ( father Samuel Taylor) They had two children that I konw of. Samuel J. and Sarah. I don't know anything about Sarah.
