Hoy line lost from arkansas-back

My name is William Hoy from Odessa, Texas. Got info from family that my grandfather was born in Hamburg, Arkansas. But lost his parents at an early age. Finally died in El Paso, Texas at the age of 71. Had a sister named Elizabeth who moved up to memphis, tn and got married. and also a brother Robert, who passed away in El Paso as well. Just looking for any help, if anyone ha came across Harold Hoy (Grandfather) born in Hamburg, Arkansas. please let me know. ANY ANY ANY info will greatly appreciated.
