There does seem to be an ancester in common, however, I do query your entry for ggrandfather George HOY being born in Norwich in 1868. That's after his father was shipped to Australia, shouldn't it be Gingin WA? The newspaper clipping is not a very good copy and therefore isn't scanning with any degree of clarity. I will try to send copy of the PRO record if the system will allow attachments. If not then I'll need to send it off list provided that the administrator will foreward your e-mail address. Can you accept tif* or does it have to be jpeg?
